I specialize in SEO and yes, I focus exclusively on Google. What always ends up happening is, as I get excellent rank positions for keyword phrases in Google ... I also get good to excellent positions in many of the other Search Engines. AND as a side note, I never waste my time "insisting" on the number one position.
